葛超简介

葛超，女，1972年生，博士，讲师，2008年毕业于中国科学院微生物研究所 遗传学专业。博士期间主要主要从事植物与病原微生物相互作用研究，目前主要担任本科生生物化学课程教学，从事葡萄酒酿造微生物相关科研工作。

研究方向：葡萄酒酿造工艺学与微生物；果蔬保鲜；
